[담당업무]

1. HRM / 채용 / 인사행정 업무 지원

- 복리후생 제도 운영 지원

- 비용 처리 및 관련 증빙 관리

- 구성원 요청에 대한 빠르고 정확한 응대 지원

- 신규 입사자 온보딩 프로세스 운영 지원

2. 인사 DB 및 HRIS 운영 지원

- 인사 데이터 입력 및 검증, 문서/레코드 관리

- Workday, SAP 등 HR 시스템 운영 지원

- 구성원 라이프사이클(입사-퇴사) 프로세스 지원 및 관련 데이터의 적시 업데이트
