Gestalten Sie die Zukunft des digitalen Zahlungsverkehrs aktiv mit: In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für modernes Zahlungsmanagement, Cash Management und die Bankanbindung in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld. Mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Prozessen treiben Sie effiziente, sichere und skalierbare Treasury-Strukturen voran.

  • Zahlungsmanagement & BankanbindungEnde-zu-Ende-Verantwortung für den operativen Zahlungsverkehr (In-/Auslandszahlungen, SEPA SCT/SDD) inkl. Formate PAIN.001/002, CAMT.053/054 (ggf. MT940). Einrichtung und laufender Betrieb von Bank-Schnittstellen (EBICS/SWIFT), Bankportalen (z. B. UniCredit Prime, vorteilhaft) und Freigabe-Workflows (Vier-Augen-/Mehr-Augen-Prinzip).
  • Cash & LiquidityTägliche Liquiditätsdisposition, Kurzfrist- und Rollierend-Forecasts, Konten- und Limitmanagement sowie Intercompany-Zahlungsflüsse / Cash Pool.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)Ownership der BC-Zahlungsprozesse (Zahlungsjournal, Bankdatenkonfiguration, Bankkontoabstimmung, Rückmeldedateien, Statusimporte). Standardisierung von CAMT/PAIN-Mappings, Stammdaten- und Mandatsmanagement (SEPA SDD).
  • KI & AutomatisierungDesign und Umsetzung von RPA-/Workflow-Lösungen (z. B. Microsoft Power Automate, M365 Copilot) für Zahlungsfreigaben, Anomalie-Checks, Reminder, Statusmonitoring. Aufbau von Monitoring & Alerts (Payment Anomalies, Cut-off-Risiken, Sanctions/Embargo-Hits in Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance).
  • Prozess & GovernanceWeiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) im Zahlungsverkehr inkl. Berechtigungskonzept, Segregation of Duties, Policy-/Verfahrensanweisungen. Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Tax, Compliance, IT sowie externen Banken/Payment-Providern.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Treasury / Zahlungsverkehr / Cash Management in einem Unternehmensumfeld oder bei einem PSP/Bank.
  • Sehr gute Praxis in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) (idealerweise: Zahlungsjournal, Bankkontoabstimmung, CAMT/PAIN, EBICS/Statusimporte).
  • UniCredit Prime-Kenntnisse sind klar vorteilhaft (alternativ Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Bankportalen).
  • Ausgeprägte KI- und Automatisierungs-Mentalität: sicher im Einsatz von Power Automate, M365 Copilot; Affinität zu Low-Code/No-Code und Datenflüssen.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit EBICS/SWIFT, SEPA-Standards, Bankformaten; Verständnis für IKS, Compliance & Sanktionslistenprüfungen.
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift; gutes Englisch für Bank- und Tool-Kommunikation von Vorteil.
