Sie suchen einen Werkstudentenjob im kaufmännischen Bereich und möchten neben Ihrem Studium praktische Erfahrungen im Backoffice und in der Administration sammeln?

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams der DAH Technical Service suchen wir einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der uns im kaufmännischen Tagesgeschäft und bei verschiedenen organisatorischen Aufgaben im Backoffice unterstützt.

  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Zuordnung eingehender Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Rechnungserfassung und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten, Dokumenten und digitalen Ablagesystemen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Backoffice-, Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der internen Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Übernahme kleinerer kaufmännischer und administrativer Aufgaben sowie Recherchen im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen, Rechnungswesen und Büroorganisation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
