Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar processos de admissão e rescisão contratual por meio da elaboração de contratos, registro em carteira e cálculo de verbas rescisórias com o objetivo de cumprir as obrigações trabalhistas e assegurar a precisão das informações;
  • Calcular, conferir e processar a folha de pagamento a partir da coleta e verificação de dados precisos com o intuito de garantir o correto pagamento aos colaboradores e a conformidade com as obrigações fiscais;
  • Acompanhar e agendar férias a partir das diretrizes da legislação vigente com o objetivo de assegurar o gozo das férias dentro dos prazos legais;
  • Apurar e analisar encargos trabalhistas e previdenciários por meio da entrega das obrigações fiscais dentro dos prazos legais com a meta de manter a conformidade da empresa;
  • Apurar no sistema de ponto eletrônico por meio da verificação de marcações, atrasos, faltas e horas extras com o propósito de assegurar dados corretos para o fechamento da folha de pagamento;
  • Elaborar relatórios e fornecer informações a fim de analisar os dados do departamento pessoal com o propósito de apoiar a tomada de decisões da empresa;
  • Executar o cálculo do 13º salário e do PPR com a aplicação das regras legais a fim de cumprir as obrigações trabalhistas da empresa;
  • Solicitar agendamento de exames admissionais e periódicos por meio do contato com prestadores de serviços de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho com o intuito de cumprir as normas trabalhistas;
  • Controlar a documentação do processo admissional a partir do contato direto com os candidatos aprovados com o objetivo de orientar sobre os procedimentos e datas de admissão;
  • Cadastrar novos colaboradores na plataforma de registro de ponto, realizando a inclusão de informações e fotografia no sistema, a fim de garantir o correto funcionamento e identificação no controle de ponto eletrônico;
  • Realizar o controle do ponto eletrônico mediante a verificação das marcações e cálculo de horas com o objetivo de auxiliar no fechamento da folha de pagamento, rescisões e controle dos líderes;
  • Atender os colaboradores com o intuito de fornecer orientações sobre os processos de RH e DP com o objetivo de solucionar dúvidas e prestar suporte adequado;

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando nível Superior em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou afins.
  • Desejável nível superior concluído.
  • Ter vivência no Departamento Pessoal.
  • Ter boa comunicação e habilidade para atender colaboradores.
  • Conhecimento e prática de Excel.

Remuneração Compatível com o mercado.
