Analista de Frete - Camboriú/SC

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Fretes é responsável por analisar, negociar e controlar os custos relacionados ao transporte de mercadorias, buscando eficiência operacional, redução de despesas logísticas e cumprimento dos prazos de entrega. Atua na contratação e avaliação de transportadoras, conferência de documentos e faturas de frete, análise de indicadores de desempenho e desenvolvimento de estratégias para otimização dos processos de transporte.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar cotações e negociações de fretes com transportadoras, buscando as melhores condições comerciais e operacionais.
  • Analisar tabelas de frete, tarifas, taxas adicionais, pedágios, cubagem e demais componentes dos custos de transporte.
  • Conferir faturas, conhecimentos de transporte (CT-e) e documentos relacionados, identificando divergências e cobranças indevidas.
  • Acompanhar os custos de frete, comparando valores contratados, orçados e realizados.
  • Monitorar prazos de coleta e entrega, identificando ocorrências e propondo soluções para evitar atrasos.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como custo por entrega, custo por quilômetro, prazo de entrega e nível de serviço das transportadoras.
  • Avaliar o desempenho das transportadoras, considerando preço, qualidade, pontualidade e índice de ocorrências.
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização de rotas, consolidação de cargas e melhoria dos processos logísticos.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Logística, Compras, Comercial, Faturamento e Financeiro para garantir a eficiência das operações.
  • Controlar contratos, tabelas negociadas e condições comerciais aplicadas aos serviços de transporte.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com análise e gestão de fretes e transportadoras.
  • Conhecimento em negociação de tarifas e contratação de serviços de transporte.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado, com capacidade para elaborar planilhas, relatórios e análises de custos.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e sistemas de gestão de transporte (TMS).
  • Noções de indicadores logísticos, custos operacionais e análise de desempenho.
  • Conhecimento em legislação de transporte e regras aplicáveis ao setor será considerado diferencial.
