Responsabilidades do cargo:

  • Realizar atendimentos na pista de forma cordial e proativa;
  • Executar serviços automotivos: troca de pneus, filtros, lubrificantes, palhetas e itens correlatos;
  • Acompanhar a rotina da borracharia (conforme conhecimento prévio ou com treinamento interno);
  • Apoiar nas vendas de toda a linha de pneus, filtros e lubrificantes;
  • Contribuir com a limpeza, organização e manutenção do ambiente de trabalho;
  • Engajar com o time, garantindo um atendimento eficiente e colaborativo;
  • Seguir padrões de segurança e qualidade do posto;
  • Atuar com responsabilidade e disposição para aprender continuamente.

Requisitos:

  • Desejável conhecimento em borracharia, filtros, óleos e serviços automotivos;
  • Caso não possua experiência, é essencial ter vontade real de aprender e postura de protagonismo;
  • Boa comunicação, cordialidade e habilidade de lidar com clientes;
  • Compromisso com entregas, organização e trabalho em equipe;

Horários e modelo de trabalho:

  • Escalas ajustadas conforme programação da equipe;
  • A carga horária não ultrapassa o limite semanal, e qualquer hora extra é paga conforme lei;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados alternados.
