Objetivo do Cargo

Atuar na prospecção, manutenção e expansão da carteira de clientes, garantindo o aumento do volume de vendas, a presença da marca no mercado e a fidelização dos clientes, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento sustentável da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes (varejo, distribuidores, bares, mercados, conveniências, etc.)
  • Manter relacionamento contínuo com clientes da carteira ativa
  • Executar visitas comerciais periódicas conforme rota definida
  • Negociar preços, prazos, volumes e condições comerciais
  • Garantir a positivação de produtos e mix adequado nos pontos de venda
  • Acompanhar pedidos, entregas e nível de satisfação do cliente
  • Monitorar estoque e giro dos produtos nos clientes
  • Atuar na recuperação de clientes inativos
  • Apoiar ações promocionais e campanhas de vendas
  • Coletar informações de mercado (concorrência, preços, tendências)
  • Cumprir metas de vendas, faturamento e indicadores comerciais

Requisitos

Desejáveis:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência com vendas externas no mínimo 6 meses
  • CNH válida
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • Experiência no segmento alimentício (preferencialmente sorvetes, bebidas ou congelados)
  • Conhecimento da região de atuação
  • Ensino superior em andamento (Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas)

Remuneração:

Fixo comercial + Comissão + Premiação (conforme Plano de Remuneração Variável)
