Empresa atuante no segmento de manutenção e serviços especializados para caminhões e carretas, com foco em soluções para o setor de transporte e logística, busca um profissional para atuar na área comercial em Marabá/PA.

A oportunidade é voltada a um profissional com experiência em vendas externas para o setor de transportes, perfil negociador e capacidade de desenvolver relacionamentos comerciais, fidelizar clientes e ampliar a carteira de negócios.

Sua Missão & Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar visitas comerciais a clientes ativos e potenciais, identificando oportunidades de negócio.
  • Prospectar novos clientes e ampliar a carteira comercial da empresa.
  • Apresentar o portfólio de serviços, identificando as necessidades de cada cliente.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com transportadores e acompanhar suas demandas.
  • Alinhar informações entre clientes e equipe operacional, garantindo a atualização sobre serviços e atendimentos.
  • Divulgar novos serviços e oportunidades comerciais.
  • Elaborar relatórios diários de visitas conforme os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Participar de reuniões periódicas com a gestão para acompanhamento de resultados.
  • Realizar cobranças de clientes inadimplentes, conforme as orientações da empresa.

Requisitos & Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada com vendas externas para o segmento de transportes, especialmente na comercialização de peças, pneus, serviços automotivos pesados ou soluções para caminhões e carretas.
  • Experiência em prospecção, negociação e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e habilidade de negociação.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de transportadores e das necessidades do segmento.
  • Organização para planejamento de visitas, acompanhamento de clientes e elaboração de relatórios.
  • Proatividade, iniciativa, foco em resultados e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
  • Habilidade para contornar objeções e conduzir negociações com equilíbrio e assertividade.

  • Salário inicial: R$ 3.500,00.
  • Comissão: 1%, condicionada ao cumprimento de parâmetros de desempenho.
