The posting

Start your software development career building real products used by professionals around the world.

Are you about to finish – or have you recently finished – your Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field?

At Dalux, you will join a product team where you can develop your technical skills while taking real responsibility from the the outset. You will work alongside experienced developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to build software used across the global construction industry.

Your role

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will work across our technology stack and take part in developing features end-to-end – from understanding the problem and designing a solution to implementation and delivery.

You will not be expected to know everything when you join.

Instead, we expect you to be curious, willing to learn, and ready to take increasing ownership as your skills develop. You will have experienced colleagues around you for daily technical sparring, code reviews, and support.

Your work will include:

  • Designing and developing new product functionality
  • Working across both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Collaborating with developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers
  • Writing maintainable, reliable, and high-quality software
  • Learning our products, architecture, and engineering practices
  • Taking increasing ownership of features and technical decisions as you develop
  • Contributing ideas for how we can improve our products and the way we build them

Developing software with AI

AI-assisted development is becoming an increasingly important part of how we build software at Dalux.

We are actively exploring how AI can help developers understand code, explore solutions, implement and refactor functionality, create tests, debug problems, and automate repetitive work.

You do not need to be an AI expert. But we are looking for developers who are curious about these tools, willing to experiment, and able to think critically about when AI improves a solution – and when it does not.

If you have already experimented with AI-assisted development through your studies, student job, personal projects, or other work, we would be interested to hear what you learned.

Technologies we work with

Our main full-stack technologies include:

  • C# / .NET
  • Angular / TypeScript
  • GitHub CoPilot
  • MSSQL
  • Elasticsearch
  • Optionally, Android / iOS development using .NET MAUI

You are not expected to know our entire stack when you join. Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn are more important.

Product development at Dalux

Our developers do more than implement specifications.

You will work in a product team together with a Product Manager and Product Designer, combining different perspectives on user value, usability, technical feasibility, and business viability.

This means understanding why we build something, contributing to how we solve the problem, and seeing your work become part of a product used by professionals worldwide.

We work according to agile principles and maintain a strong focus on quality, stability, and long-term maintainability.

Your background

We expect that you:

  • Have, or are about to complete, a Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • Have a solid foundation in software development and computer science
  • Are curious and motivated to learn new technologies
  • Enjoy solving problems and understanding how things work
  • Care about building good software, not simply making code compile
  • Are comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and challenging yourself
  • Want to take ownership and responsibility as your skills grow

Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

What matters most is your technical potential, curiosity, interest in software craftsmanship, and willingness to learn.

What You Can Expect From Dalux

Dalux is a software company at heart, and software development is central to what we do.

You can expect:

  • Meaningful product responsibility early in your career
  • Daily sparring with skilled and experienced developers
  • Short paths between ideas, technical decisions, and implementation
  • High levels of trust and freedom in how you solve problems
  • Close collaboration with Product Management and Design
  • The opportunity to learn how AI-assisted development is changing software engineering
  • A social development environment with monthly events and employee-driven clubs

All our software development takes place in-house at our headquarters in Vibenshuset, Copenhagen. We believe working together makes learning, technical collaboration, and knowledge sharing significantly easier – particularly at the beginning of your career.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
