Principais responsabilidades

Planejar, criar, editar e publicar conteúdos para redes sociais, garantindo qualidade, consistência e alinhamento com o posicionamento da marca; Executar o calendário editorial com atenção a prazos e prioridades, mantendo uma rotina organizada de entregas; Acompanhar o desempenho das publicações e contribuir com ajustes estratégicos; Monitorar interações nas redes sociais, mantendo um relacionamento próximo e coerente com o tom da marca; Apoiar na criação e execução de campanhas de marketing digital; Organizar demandas e fluxos de trabalho, garantindo previsibilidade e cumprimento dos combinados; Colaborar com equipes internas para desenvolvimento de ações e estratégias; Contribuir com ideias e melhorias contínuas para o crescimento da marca; Criação de roteiros estratégicos para campanhas de mkt digital; Criação de material criativos para interação nas mídias sociais; Criação de vídeos estratégicos para melhoria de engajamento, visitas a perfis, e números das plataformas.

Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Marketing, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em posições similares; Conhecimento em produção de conteúdo para redes sociais e e-mail marketing; Habilidade em análise de dados e interpretação de métricas; Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita; Habilidade com ferramentas de edição de materiais gráficos e vídeos, como Canva, Photoshop ou similares.
