Estamos conduzindo a busca por um(a) Analista de Marketing para atuar em uma empresa especializada no desenvolvimento de pessoas, lideranças e cultura organizacional, que apoia organizações de diferentes segmentos na construção de equipes de alta performance por meio de soluções de aprendizagem e transformação.

Buscamos uma pessoa que queira participar ativamente da estratégia de comunicação e relacionamento da marca, atuando na produção de conteúdo, gestão dos canais digitais e automação de marketing. Mais do que executar ações, esperamos alguém com iniciativa, olhar analítico e boa capacidade de comunicação para transformar conteúdo em relacionamento, fortalecer a presença da marca e apoiar a geração de oportunidades para o negócio.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Planejar e executar o calendário editorial, desenvolvendo conteúdos para redes sociais, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn e e-mail marketing;
  • Produzir textos e copies alinhados ao posicionamento da marca e aos diferentes estágios da jornada do cliente;
  • Gerenciar os canais digitais da empresa, realizando atendimento a comentários e mensagens, além do monitoramento de menções e reputação da marca;
  • Pesquisar tendências, formatos e oportunidades de conteúdo para ampliar o alcance e o engajamento das ações de Marketing;
  • Administrar a plataforma RD Station, estruturando segmentações, fluxos de automação e jornadas de relacionamento com leads;
  • Gerenciar a base de contatos, garantindo organização, segmentação e conformidade com as boas práticas de LGPD;
  • Planejar e executar campanhas de e-mail marketing, realizando testes A/B para otimizar assuntos, conteúdos e horários de envio;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho das ações digitais, analisando métricas e propondo melhorias contínuas para geração de resultados;
  • Atuar em parceria com a área Comercial, apoiando a geração de demanda e realizando o repasse de leads qualificados para continuidade das oportunidades;
  • Apoiar a cobertura de eventos corporativos, produzindo registros fotográficos, vídeos e conteúdos para divulgação nos canais da empresa;
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais com indicadores de Marketing, acompanhando a evolução das principais iniciativas da área.
  • Experiência em Marketing Digital, Marketing de Conteúdo ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência com criação de conteúdo para redes sociais, e-mail marketing, blogs e LinkedIn;
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e facilidade para produzir conteúdos adaptados a diferentes públicos;
  • Experiência com plataformas de automação de Marketing, como RD Station ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em gestão e segmentação de bases de contatos;
  • Perfil organizado, analítico e orientado a resultados, utilizando indicadores para apoiar decisões e otimizar ações;
  • Facilidade para gerenciar diferentes demandas simultaneamente e atuar em parceria com outras áreas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida (1-2 dias presenciais por semana) na região de Sorocaba/SP.
