Über die Rolle

Für den Aufbau unseres Teams in Deutschland suchen wir erfahrene und engagierte Zahntechniker (m/w/d) für den Bereich Customer Experience. Du bringst deine fundierte zahntechnische Expertise ein und arbeitest direkt mit Behandlern zusammen – bei zentralen Aufgaben wie Patientenscans, Fallvorbereitung und Design-Anpassungen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, technischen Support in Echtzeit zu leisten und so für hochwertige Ergebnisse und ein herausragendes Erlebnis bei jedem Zahnarzt zu sorgen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Gemeinsame Fallplanung & Designabstimmung: Sie arbeiten in Echtzeit mit Zahnärztinnen und Zahnärzten zusammen, prüfen Konstruktionen und optimieren diese hinsichtlich Ästhetik und Funktion. Bei komplexen Versorgungen stehen Sie fachlich beratend zur Seite und fördern die sichere Nutzung unserer digitalen Tools.

- Klinischer Live-Support: Sie kommunizieren direkt mit dem Praxisteam per Telefon, Chat und Video-Call. Dabei beheben Sie technische Hürden, klären Fragen zu Workflows und bieten einen empathischen, effizienten Service.

- Schnittstelle zwischen Praxis und Labor: Sie agieren als Bindeglied zwischen den Zahnärzt:innen und den Fertigungsteams von Dandy, indem Sie klinisches Feedback präzise in zahntechnische Vorgaben für die Produktion übersetzen.

Das bringst du mit

- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Zahntechniker:in.

- CAD/CAM-Expertise: Mindestens 2 Jahre fundierte Anwendererfahrung mit 3Shape (insbesondere Kronen- und Brückentechnik sowie Implantatprothetik).

- Digitale Workflows: Tiefgehendes Verständnis digitaler Prozessketten (Intraoralscans, Scanbodies, Implantatsysteme und CAD-Design-Standards).

- Technikaffinität: Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue zahntechnische Softwareplattformen einzuarbeiten.

- Service- und Kommunikationskompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im professionellen Umgang mit Zahnärzt:innen, ausgeprägte Empathie sowie geschicktes Beschwerde- und Problemmanagement. Erfahrung im laborseitigen Kundenservice oder Außendienst ist von Vorteil.

- Sicheres Auftreten im Direktkontakt: Freude am spontanen Austausch über Chat, Telefon und Videocalls mit Behandler:innen sowie die Fähigkeit, schnell Vertrauen aufzubauen.

- Problemlöser-Mentalität: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Talent, mehrere komplexe Anfragen zeitgleich zu steuern.

- Start-up- & Wachstums-Mindset: Lust auf ein dynamisches, stark wachsendes und voll-digitalisiertes Laborumfeld.

- Präzision & Termintreue: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein auch bei engen Deadlines.

- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf (nahezu) muttersprachlichem Niveau inklusive sicherer Beherrschung der deutschen Zahnmedizin- und Zahntechnik-Fachbegriffe. Fließendes Englisch für die interne Kommunikation im internationalen Team.
