Job Description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Governance & ReportingCoordinate HSE+S reporting, governance, and performance review processes. Maintain HSE+S metrics, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
- Audit & Management SystemsCoordinate audit programs, findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities. Support management system administration, compliance tracking, and documentation.
- Systems & Data ManagementMaintain HSE+S systems, records, data quality, and reporting tools. Support standardization of HSE+S processes across regions.
- Program CoordinationCoordinate strategic HSE+S initiatives, projects, and action plans. Support implementation of sustainability, environmental, and risk management programs. Support continuous improvement initiatives through performance analysis and governance processes.
- Executive & Organizational SupportSupport preparation of leadership reviews, presentations, and business updates. Coordinate follow-up activities and accountability processes across regions.
- Business Integration SupportSupport integration, onboarding, and governance activities for new operations. Assist customer information requests and organizational reporting requirements.
- Support preparation of leadership presentations, governance reviews, business updates, and strategic project materials;
- Coordinate collection and consolidation of HSE, environmental, and sustainability KPI data;
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages;
- Maintain governance dashboards, action logs, and performance trackers;
- Coordinate reporting deadlines and follow-up activities across regions;
- Support standardization and alignment of HSE+S governance processes across regions while accommodating local regulatory and operational requirements;
- Maintain global HSE and Risk Engineering audit schedules;
- Track corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, inspections, and incidents;
- Support monitoring and follow-up of high-risk events and RCA commitments;
- Maintain visibility of risk reduction activities and open findings;
- Support administration of WeCARE and other HSE+S systems;
- Maintain HSE+S SharePoint content, document libraries, and records;
- Support document control and management system updates;
- Coordinate user access, training records, and system-related requests;
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the VP HSE+S and Global Sustainability Manager;
- Coordinate follow-up of ESG, EcoVadis, Sedex, carbon footprint, and sustainability initiatives;
- Support customer sustainability information requests and data collection activities;
- Assist with integration projects, new facility onboarding, and JV implementation activities;
- Support sustainability dashboards, metrics, and KPI reporting processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Sustainability, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field;
- 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, project coordination, sustainability, HSE, quality, engineering support, or related functions;
- Experience supporting projects, meetings, reporting processes, action tracking, or continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures, business environments, and geographic regions;
- Understanding of global HSE and sustainability governance practices, including European manufacturing standards, audit approaches, management systems, and regulatory frameworks;
- Interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and HSE+S management systems;
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time. Overseas trips may require travel during weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing environment, global organization, reporting and KPI management, audit coordination, sustainability reporting, SharePoint administration;
- Continuous Improvement training, Root Cause Analysis training, ISO awareness training.
