Für unser wachsendes Team Events & Experiences Marketing suchen wir einen Event Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Event-Formate mit Leidenschaft weiterentwickelt. Ob Messe, Konferenz oder Kundenevent: Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und den Fachbereichen zusammen, bringst Deine Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Veranstaltungen zu echten Erlebnissen werden. Du arbeitest an unserem Standort und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, flexibel remote zu arbeiten.

Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Organisation von Events wie Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenevents inkl. Zeitplänen, Checklisten und Deadlines.
  • Du koordinierst Dienstleister (z. B. Catering, Technik und Messebau), holst Angebote ein und unterstützt beim Budget-Tracking.
  • Du hilfst beim Teilnehmer‑ und Referentenmanagement, inkl. Ticketing, Anmeldungen und Programmbeteiligungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit Veranstaltern, Partnern, Sponsoren sowie internen Teams und fungierst bei Events als Ansprechperson für Dienstleister und das Team.
  • Du koordinierst Event‑Materialien wie Messestände, Give‑aways sowie Präsentationen und unterstützt die organisatorische Umsetzung vor Ort.
  • Du führst eine strukturierte Dokumentation und Nachbereitung durch.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Eventbereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit 1 bis 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Event- oder Projektmanagement.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung.
  • Du bringst Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten mit.
  • Du arbeitest hands‑on, bist belastbar sowie flexibel und übernimmst auch operative Aufgaben wie Auf‑ und Abbau, Logistik oder Materialhandling.
  • Du kennst Dich mit B2B‑Events aus, idealerweise aus dem IT‑ oder Tech‑Umfeld, und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau.
  • Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Tools für Eventregistrierung oder Eventmanagement (z. B. Eventbrite oder HubSpot), interessierst Dich für den Einsatz moderner KI-Technologien und hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Copilot oder vergleichbaren KI-Tools gesammelt.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region mit und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B, der dir das Führen von Fahrzeugen im europäischen Ausland ermöglicht.
