Als Team Lead SAP BTP & AI Architecture übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in einem der spannendsten Zukunftsfelder der IT: Du gestaltest moderne SAP BTP Architekturen, Cloud-Lösungen und AI-Use-Cases mit direktem Einfluss auf die digitale Transformation unserer Kunden. Dabei verbindest Du technologische Exzellenz mit Leadership, entwickelst innovative SAP- und AI-Lösungen mit echtem Business Impact und bekommst den Freiraum, neue Themen strategisch wie operativ voranzutreiben.

Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet

In dieser Rolle verbindest Du technologische Exzellenz mit Leadership und gestaltest zukunftsweisende SAP- und AI-Lösungen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein SAP Development Team fachlich und disziplinarisch weiter und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Qualität, Innovation und Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt stehen.
  • Du konzipierst moderne End-to-End-Architekturen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform mit Fokus auf Cloud, Integration, SAP BTP Services und AI.
  • Du identifizierst, priorisierst und realisierst AI- und GenAI-Use-Cases im SAP-Umfeld und begleitest deren Umsetzung in innovativen Kundenprojekten.
  • Du entwickelst MVPs, Prototypen und Proof-of-Concepts für skalierbare SAP-Cloud- und AI-Lösungen.
  • Du berätst Kunden in Workshops, Architektur-Sessions und Pre-Sales-Terminen zu zukunftsfähigen SAP- und AI-Zielbildern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Management und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und entwickelst unser SAP-BTP-&-AI-Portfolio aktiv weiter.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

Du verbindest technologisches Know-how mit strategischem Denken, Leadership und Freude daran, neue Themen aktiv voranzutreiben.

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP-, Cloud-, Architektur- oder Softwareprojekten mit und hast idealerweise bereits Teams fachlich oder disziplinarisch geführt.
  • Du kennst die SAP Business Technology Platform sehr gut und fühlst Dich in Themen wie CAP, Integration Suite, Extension-Entwicklung, SAP AI Core oder vergleichbaren Services sicher.
  • Du verfügst über gute Programmierkenntnisse in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js oder ABAP und verstehst moderne Cloud-Architekturen.
  • Du kommunizierst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge klar, arbeitest gerne mit Kunden und überzeugst durch ein sicheres Auftreten.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch und hast Freude daran, Zukunftsthemen wie SAP BTP, AI und digitale Transformation aktiv mitzugestalten.
