Du arbeitest an einem unserer Standorte und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, flexibel remote zu arbeiten.

Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative IT-Strategien, die Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse revolutionieren, und berätst Kunden zu Technologietrends wie KI, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du übernimmst temporär Führungspositionen in der IT und stärkst Teams in herausfordernden Zeiten mit Deiner Expertise.
  • Du leitest komplexe Beratungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung, planst Ressourcen, verwaltest Budgets und sorgst für effizientes Zeitmanagement.
  • Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden auf und identifizierst proaktiv Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Partnerschaften.
  • Du führst Marktanalysen durch, identifizierst Trends und präsentierst Ergebnisse an Stakeholder und Kunden zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.
  • Du bereitest Präsentationen und Workshops vor, führst Schulungen durch und vermittelst Best Practices sowie Optimierungspotenziale, um die Ziele unserer Kunden zu erreichen.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Organisation und technischer Beratung mit.
  • Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in Prozess- und Datenanalyse.
  • Du hast Zertifizierungen in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean oder ITIL? Ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung und Talententwicklung mit.
  • Du gehst souverän mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen um.
  • Du überzeugst mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch.
  • Du bist je nach Projektanforderung reisebereit.
