Du arbeitest an einem unserer Standorte und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, flexibel remote zu arbeiten.

Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet

  • Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Full-Stack-Lösungen – vom Backend-Service über APIs bis zum Frontend.
  • Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung für Architektur, Code-Qualität, Reviews und tragfähige Projektentscheidungen.
  • Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und berätst Kund:innen klar, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Developern, Data Engineers, Consultants und Fachbereichen zusammen und verbindest konzeptionelle Arbeit mit konzentrierten Coding-Sessions.
  • Du gibst Dein Wissen im Team, im Pairing und beim Kunden weiter – auch zu neuen Themen wie Agentic Engineering.
  • Du wächst perspektivisch in eine Lead-Rolle hinein und sammelst Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Branchen und Unternehmensgrößen der DACH-Region.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du bist im Backend zu Hause – etwa in Java, C#/.NET oder Python – und gehst sicher mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken um.
  • Du bringst solide Frontend-Erfahrung mit modernen JavaScript-/TypeScript-Frameworks mit.
  • Du kennst Cloud-Umgebungen wie Azure, AWS oder GCP sowie CI/CD und containerisierte Deployments.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für AI, bringst erste Erfahrung im Agentic-Engineering-Umfeld mit und möchtest perspektivisch fachliche Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen und nicht-technischen Gesprächspartner:innen, sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, sehr gutes Englisch und bist reisebereit.
