Worum es geht Der 1st Level nimmt die Tickets an und sortiert vor. Ab da bist du dran. Webstack-Fehler eingrenzen, Mailprobleme debuggen, Konfigurationen auf Systemebene korrigieren. Wenn ein Thema dreimal vorkommt, schreibst du ein Runbook.

Was du bei uns machst

  • L2-Tickets bearbeiten: Webstack-Fehler eingrenzen, Mail-Zustellbarkeit debuggen, Konfigurationsprobleme in Hosting-Umgebungen lösen, Backup-/Restore-Fälle auf Systemebene durchführen
  • Fehler analysieren und beheben: Ursachen eingrenzen, kontrolliert lösen, so dokumentieren, dass Kollegen den Fall jederzeit übernehmen könnten
  • Standard-Changes durchführen: Wiederherstellungen, Konfigurationsanpassungen, Monitoring-Follow-ups im Managed-Betrieb
  • Eskalationen vorbereiten: Komplexere Fälle mit Logs, Tests und klarer Abgrenzung an Spezialisten übergeben
  • Support weiterentwickeln: Wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder in Runbooks und Checklisten überführen

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Linux-Systembetrieb: Shell-sicher, Dienste und Logs verstehen, Konfigurationen kontrolliert ändern
  • Web- und Mail-Stack: Erfahrung mit Webservern (z. B. NGINX, Apache), PHP-Runtimes (z. B. PHP-FPM), Datenbanken (z. B. MySQL, MariaDB) und gängigen Mailserver-Setups
  • Hosting-Grundlagen: DNS, SSL/TLS, Domainverwaltung, typische Zugriffs- und Recovery-Wege (Rescue, Konsole, IPMI) sowie ein Verständnis für die Unterschiede zwischen Shared Hosting, VPS und Dedicated
  • Strukturierte Fehleranalyse: Du gehst Probleme systematisch an und dokumentierst, was du getan hast
  • Kommunikation: Gutes Deutsch, technisches Englisch. Klar und verbindlich gegenüber Kunden und im Team. Wer etwas nicht weiß, fragt nach.
