Client Introduction:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Title: Assistant Design Manager

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in technical design management within the interior fit-out sector, preferably in

Dubai or the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods.

Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certification is a plus
