Job Title: Monday.com Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Monday.com Consultant who specializes in building boards and writing codes within the Monday.com platform. As a Monday.com Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing Monday.com solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Board Creation and Customization:
  • Design, create, and customize Monday.com boards to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into effective board structures.

Code Development:

  • Write custom code, scripts, and automations to enhance Monday.com functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate Monday.com with other systems and applications.

Consulting and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide consultation on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Training and Documentation:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on utilizing Monday.com features and functionalities.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for custom codes and board structures.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to Monday.com implementation and customizations.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users and address any system-related concerns.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay abreast of the latest Monday.com updates, features, and industry best practices.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements based on new platform capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant with a focus on board creation and code development.
  • Proficiency in writing custom code, scripts, and automations within the Monday.com platform.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Monday.com solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to train end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with integrating Monday.com with other systems is a plus.
