Job Description

À titre d'Analyste systèmes de gestion documentaire, vous serez principalement responsable du déploiement et de la mise en place du système automatisé M-Files afin que les processus de l’entreprise puissent être fluide en matière d’approbation, de s’assurer qu’ils sont correctement inscrits au logiciel et d’effectuer la mise à jour et l’optimisation du volet administratif du logiciel.

Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez à :

  • Effectuer l’analyse des besoins et prioriser les demandes
  • Documenter le plan de déploiement du projet et réviser les manuels d’utilisation
  • Documenter les processus en amont en en aval de la création de workflow
  • Maintenir la base de connaissance à jour
  • Configurer les workflows et les cartes de métadonnées
  • Superviser et gérer le déploiement, la période de test, les corrections et la mise en fonction des workflows
  • Assumer un rôle-conseil de première ligne auprès des utilisateurs et super-utilisateurs.
  • Rédiger les plans de formations et former les utilisateurs
  • Faire la gestion des classes (métadonnées)
  • Gérer les accès et groupe d’utilisateurs
  • Importer/créer les utilisateurs
  • Traiter les tickets des utilisateurs
  • Développer les outils

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études universitaire en archivistique, en gestion de l'information numérique, en technologie d’affaires, en ingénierie industrielle, en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe. • Ceinture verte Six Sigma est considéré comme un atout. • Expérience avec un logiciel de gestion documentaire (M-Files, Meridian, Square 9, etc.). • Environnement Windows 365. • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit). La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, car vous serez amené(e) à interagir avec des fournisseurs, des partenaires ou des clients anglophones • Réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral.
