Job Description

À titre de Contremaître, Ventilation (Services aux navires), vous assurerez la supervision des activités d’entretien, de réparation, d’installation et de mise en service des systèmes de ventilation à bord des navires. Vous coordonnerez les travaux de votre équipe, veillerez au respect des échéanciers, des standards de qualité et des exigences en santé et sécurité. Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé à soutenir les opérations de l’ensemble des navires en service, en entretien, en réparation ou en construction au chantier, en assurant la fiabilité et la performance des systèmes de ventilation, de chauffage et de climatisation (CVAC). Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez à :

  • Superviser et encadrer une équipe de travailleurs en ventilation.
  • Planifier et coordonner les travaux de maintenance, de réparation et d’installation des systèmes CVAC à bord des navires.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de qualité, de SST et des exigences opérationnelles.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques et coordonner les actions correctives.
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’assurer une exécution efficace des travaux.
  • Participer au développement des employés et à l’amélioration continue des processus.
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien de l’avancement des travaux et de la performance de l’équipe.
  • Gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et assurer le service sur différents navires et projets en parallèle.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche au besoin.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Éducation postsecondaire dans un métier spécialisé (plomberie, chauffage)
  • Détenir une carte CCQ Compagnon (ou Certificat de compétence) en plomberie / Licence C) constitue un atout important.
  • Expérience de cinq (5) années ou plus en supervision d’équipe ou en coordination de travaux dans un environnement industriel, maritime ou de construction
  • Posséder de bonnes connaissances des systèmes de ventilation, d’extraction, de chauffage hydronique, de climatisation ou de réfrigération (atout).
  • Connaissance fonctionnelle de la suite MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral.
