Job Description

À titre de contremaître, vous assurerez la supervision terrain des activités de production, veillant à la planification, à l’exécution efficace des opérations quotidiennes, à la qualité du travail et à la gestion d’équipe. Vous élaborerez et communiquerez des plans d’action, assurerez le suivi des tâches, proposerez des solutions aux obstacles opérationnels, et participerez activement aux réunions de production. Vous serez également responsable des évaluations de fin de probation, du développement des compétences de vos employés, de la conformité aux normes de sécurité (SST) et de la gestion disciplinaire en collaboration avec les ressources humaines et la direction. Votre rôle sera clé dans l’atteinte des objectifs de performance et l’amélioration continue des processus.

Rémunération :

  • À partir de 85 000 $ par an
  • Primes de soir (+2,00$/h) et de fin de semaine (+2,50$/h)
  • Heures supplémentaires majorées payées à taux double

Horaire de travail :

  • Jour: semaine de 4 jours x 10 heures
  • Soir : semaine de 4 jours x 10 heures
  • Fin de semaine : semaine de 3 jours x 12 heures

Vous devez être disponible pour tous les quarts de travail. Bien que nous tenions compte de vos préférences d’horaire (jour, soir, fin de semaine) lors de la création des horaires, celles-ci ne peuvent être garanties.

Exigences

  • Éducation postsecondaire dans un métier spécialisé (mécanique industrielle, électricité, soudage-montage etc.);
  • Expérience de cinq (5) années ou plus en gestion de personnel syndiqué;
  • Suite MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Suivant une offre, réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral.
