Vamos juntos construir a melhor comunidade de saúde que o mundo já viu! 😉Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir o processo de admissão com escuta ativa e abordagem individualizada, identificando o estilo de vida, preferências e necessidades específicas de pacientes executivos e de alto padrão desde o primeiro contato. Realizar avaliações nutricionais periódicas fundamentadas no histórico clínico e em biomarcadores, estabelecendo diagnósticos precisos e registrando minuciosamente as condutas em prontuário. Elaborar planos alimentares customizados e orientações nutricionais de alta adesão; solicitar exames laboratoriais correlatos e prescrever suplementação fitoterápica/nutracêutica com foco na otimização da saúde e prevenção de complicações. Elaborar materiais educativos exclusivos e refinados sobre alimentação consciente, além de incentivar e orientar programas de atividades físicas adaptados ao quadro clínico de cada paciente. Acompanhar continuadamente o paciente em seu plano terapêutico, promovendo o engajamento na mudança de hábitos com foco em longevidade, bem-estar e mitigação de impactos de condições crônicas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Nutrição com CRN ativo e regularizado. Disponibilidade para carga horária de 40 horas semanais. Experiência mínima de um ano com atendimento a pacientes hospitalizados ou em clínicas com acompanhamento dietoterápico. Diferenciais:

Pós-graduação em Nutrição Clínica, Nefrologia, Nutrição Esportiva ou Funcional. Experiência prévia comprovada no acompanhamento de pacientes crônicos (doença renal, diabetes, hipertensão, síndromes metabólicas) de alta complexidade. Vivência em atendimento a público de alto padrão ou instituições de saúde privadas.
