O que você vai fazer por aqui:

O Consignet é uma solução focada em mercado público: prefeituras, previdências e entidades governamentais. Estamos em um momento de expansão e estruturando uma nova liderança comercial para escalar o time e avançar com força nesse mercado.

Como Gerente Comercial, você lidera um time de consultores internos e externos, constrói a estratégia SDR para mercado público e trabalha lado a lado com marketing para ampliar nossa presença. É uma posição para quem gosta de estar na linha de frente: viajando com o time, destrinchando negociações e desenvolvendo pessoas.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Já liderou times comerciais formados por consultores internos e externos
  • Tem vivência gerindo consultores de campo e vendas remotas
  • Histórico comprovado em vendas B2B complexas, com ciclo longo e múltiplos stakeholders
  • Quando um consultor trava numa negociação, acompanha a abordagem, destrincha as objeções e ajusta estratégia e materiais junto com ele, sem esperar o problema escalar
  • Estabelece metas claras, acompanha funil com consistência e dá feedback estruturado aos liderados

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Experiência com vendas B2G: prefeituras, previdências, licitações e entidades públicas
  • Familiaridade com processos licitatórios e dinâmica de compras governamentais
  • Formação universitária em Administração, Comercial, Marketing ou áreas afins
  • Uso de ferramentas de IA para gestão e acompanhamento de time (Claude, Gemini ou similares)
