O que você vai fazer por aqui:

Se você está começando a faculdade e quer iniciar sua carreira profissional em uma empresa referência em tecnologia, essa vaga é para você! No time de Gestão de Pessoas do Grupo DB1, você vai apoiar as rotinas operacionais das áreas de Aquisição de Talentos e Business Partner, como o contato com candidatos e colaboradores, reserva de agendas e salas, rotinas administrativas das áreas, entre outros. Assim você aprende na prática como funciona o recrutamento enquanto ainda está no início da graduação.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Estar cursando o 1º ano de Psicologia;
  • Disponibilidade para uma jornada de 6 horas diárias;
  • Capacidade de se comunicar com clareza e cordialidade por e-mail, mensagem ou telefone;
  • Capacidade de organizar agendas e informações e de cumprir os combinados de horário;
  • Capacidade de acompanhar uma demanda até o fim e avisar o time quando algo sair do previsto;
  • Capacidade de receber feedbacks e aplicar os ajustes no trabalho.

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Pacote Office, principalmente Outlook e Excel;
  • Ferramentas de agenda e reunião, como Outlook e Teams;
  • Como funciona um processo seletivo, da triagem até a chegada da pessoa contratada;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de IA.
