  • Refill water glasses and maintain water carafes throughout service.
  • Assist with bussing and pre-bussing tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Ensure all sections remain clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies to protect guests and team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and arrive in clean, complete uniform.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Anticipate team and guest needs — help where needed, stay proactive, and keep service moving.
  • Be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business volume.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Use hands and arms to carry dishes, polish glassware, and reset tables.
  • Maintain balance and coordination while carrying multiple plates or trays.
  • Hear and communicate clearly in a busy environment.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods, including nights and weekends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
