Wij zoeken een energieke service adviseur met een flinke dosis humor en klantgerichtheid om ons team bij Profile DBS in Oud-Beijerland te versterken. Jij weet elke klant met een glimlach te verwelkomen en maakt moeiteloos een persoonlijke klik. Geniet van het creëren van een sterke 'band' tussen onze werkplaats en klanten, en schakel moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden!

Dit ga je doen

Als service adviseur ben jij het gezicht én eerste aanspreekpunt van Profile DBS Oud-Beijerland. Jij zorgt er vooral voor dat alles in de werkplaats op rolletjes loopt en de klant blij de garage verlaat. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het verwelkomen en assisteren van klanten in de werkplaats en aan de telefoon;
  • Het invoeren van orders en uitvoeren van administratieve taken, waaronder het bijhouden van klantendossiers en het up-to-date houden van systemen.
  • Het plannen en beheren van afspraken voor onderhoudsbeurten, reparaties en bandenwissels;
  • Het verstrekken van kostenschattingen en duidelijke uitleg aan klanten over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden;

Heb jij het juiste ‘profiel’?

Hoe hectisch het soms ook kan zijn, jij beheert altijd het overzicht. En je denkt daarbij altijd in oplossingen. Daarnaast heb jij de volgende ervaring en vaardigheden om je werk goed uit te oefenen:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
  • Administratief sterk onderlegd
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Affiniteit met autotechniek en voertuigonderhoud;
  • Ondanks jouw commerciële drive verkoop je alleen als onze klanten het écht nodig hebben.
