Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Bauleitung: Sie übernehmen die qualifizierte Überwachung der ausführenden Fachfirmen im Bereich der Kostengruppe 440 (Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen).
  • Bewertung des Baufortschritts unter Berücksichtigung von terminlichen, technischen und vertraglichen Aspekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesamtprojektleiter
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Besonderen der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
  • Kommunikation und Ansprechpartner für die Bauherren und allen projektbeteiligten
  • Unterstützung des Gesamtprojektleiters bei der Bauleitung
  • Koordination der am Projekt beteiligten Fachfirmen und Nachunternehmer in Bezug auf Qualitätssicherung
  • Unterstützung der MSR-Abteilung bei der Inbetriebnahme
  • Sie Berichten an den Bereichsleiter PJM
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sie kontrollieren die vertragskonforme, mangelfreie und termingerechte Ausführung aller elektrotechnischen Installationsarbeiten vor Ort.
  • Präsenz vor Ort: Sie betreuen die zugeteilten Bauprojekte während der gesamten Bauphase intensiv an 4 Tagen pro Woche direkt auf der Baustelle.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Planer und Nachunternehmer und koordinieren die Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle.
  • Dokumentation: Sie führen Bautagebücher, dokumentieren den Baufortschritt, wirken bei der Rechnungsprüfung mit und bereiten die Abnahmen vor.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine qualifizierte und erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich des elektrischen Anlagenbaus z. B. Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
  • Berufserfahrung: Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung, mind. 4 Jahre, in der Bauleitung oder Projektwicklung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen mit.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Ein sicherer Umgang mit den Gewerken der Kostengruppe 440 ist zwingend erforderlich. Kenntnisse in der Kostengruppe 480 (Gebäudeautomation) sind ausdrücklich erwünscht und von Vorteil.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Sie besitzen eine hohe, deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft, passend zu unserem Betreuungsmodell von 4 Tagen pro Woche vor Ort.
  • Soft Skills: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke auf der Baustelle sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (wie Muttersprache) zwingend erforderlich
