Wat vragen we van jou?

Je bent een analytisch sterke en leergierige professional die de cijfers induikt, maar ook echt energie krijgt van het contact met de mensen daarachter. Je bent zichtbaar in de organisatie en zoekt actief de verbinding met onze klinieken. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden weet je complexe data helder uit te leggen en heb je de ambitie om snel uit te groeien tot een volwaardig sparringpartner. Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde relevante opleiding in finance, bedrijfseconomie of accountancy;
  • een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring (bijvoorbeeld als junior controller, financieel analist of binnen de accountancy);
  • uitstekende kennis van Excel, en ervaring met of sterke interesse in Power BI;
  • sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • affiniteit met digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie;
  • ervaring in de zorgsector is zeker geen vereiste, oprechte interesse in een groeiende zorgorganisatie wel;
  • een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Bij DC Klinieken leveren we kwalitatieve zorg met aandacht voor de patiënt. Om dit te blijven waarborgen doen we bij nieuwe medewerkers een referentiecheck bij voorgaande werkgevers en vragen we om een recente positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG).

Wat krijg je van ons?

Werken bij DC Klinieken betekent werken in een organisatie die bouwt aan een gezond zorglandschap, met aandacht voor zowel patiënt als medewerker. Je kunt rekenen op:

  • een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 32-36 uur per week voor de duur van één jaar, met uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • een bruto maandsalaris van minimaal € 4.661,- en maximaal € 6.713,- (schaal 60 cao ZKN) op basis van een 40-urige werkweek. De uiteindelijke inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en 8,33% vakantiegeld;
  • 160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB-uren bij een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur);
  • reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer (tot 50 km enkele reis) of een volledige OV-vergoeding.
  • een goede pensioenregeling via Cappital pensioen a.s.r.;
  • zorgzame arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals stoelmassages, loopbaanbegeleiding en de mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen;
  • volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling, onder andere via de DC Academy;
  • een positieve, collegiale en stimulerende werkomgeving.
