Functiebeschrijving

Als Business Controller maak je deel uit van het Controlling team in België, waar je een cruciale rol speelt in het uitvoeren van analyses op zowel financiële als operationele data. Je krijgt de kans om diepgaand inzicht te verwerven in de werking van één of meerdere divisies en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsvoering.

In deze functie werk je nauw samen met Business Controllers, divisiemanagers en boekhouders, en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor België.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Verbeteren van de financiële prestaties in samenwerking met Business Controllers en divisiemanagers.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen en nauwkeurig opvolgen van budgetten voor de verschillende divisies.
  • Verifiëren en analyseren van rapporteringen, en het formuleren van conclusies en adviezen.
  • Begeleiden van zowel interne als externe auditprocessen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de boekhouders van de aan jou toegewezen divisies.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële cijfers voor de Raad van Bestuur.
  • Fungeren als business partner voor jouw divisies en ondersteunen van ad-hoc projecten.

Profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring in analyse en/of controlling.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, bent proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Nauwkeurig, efficiënt en kunt de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
  • Sterke interesse in IT en bent een expert in het werken met Excel en rapporteringstoepassingen.
  • Teamspeler die graag initiatief neemt en stressbestendig is.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
