Wat vragen we van jou?

Je bent analytisch sterk, organisatiesensitief en een stevige gesprekspartner voor uiteenlopende stakeholders. Je hebt ruime ervaring met het leiden van complexe projecten en verandertrajecten en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende inhoudelijke domeinen. Je neemt initiatief, stuurt zelfstandig op resultaat en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering. Ervaring met Gezondheid & Leefstijl, organisatieontwikkeling en/of overnames is waardevol, maar jouw brede inzetbaarheid als senior projectmanager staat voorop. Verder breng je mee:

  • een afgeronde wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde, zorgmanagement, innovatie of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • minimaal tien jaar werkervaring waarvan vijf jaar als projectmanager, senior projectleider of in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een complexe of zorggerelateerde omgeving;
  • ruime ervaring met het opzetten, structureren en beheersen van complexe projecten en verandertrajecten, gecombineerd met sterk stakeholdermanagement en advisering op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie; je draagt daarnaast actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van collega’s in een vroege fase van hun loopbaan;
  • een zorgvuldige en integere werkhouding, met oog voor kwaliteit, privacy en het werken in een zorgomgeving;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en het vermogen om helder te schakelen tussen strategie en uitvoering;
  • ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken en digitale tooling.

  • een jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • een bruto maandsalaris passend bij schaal 60-65 van de cao ZKN (minimaal € 4.194,90 en maximaal € 7.110,90 op basis van 36 uur); inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en 8,33% vakantiegeld;
  • 29 vakantiedagen: 160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB-uren, bij een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur (op basis van 36 uur zijn dit 144 vakantie-uren en 64,8 PLB-uren);
  • een reiskostenvergoeding van 25 cent per km met een max van 50 km enkele reis of een volledige vergoeding voor reizen met het ov voor woon-werkverkeer;
  • een goede pensioenregeling via Cappital pensioen a.s.r.;
  • zorgzame arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals stoelmassages, loopbaanbegeleiding en de mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen;
  • volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling, onder andere via de DC Academy;
