1、负责汽车智能化实测场景下算法工程一体化研发，兼顾业务后端工程开发与AI算法落地，编写可稳定上线的工程代码与算法推理链路代码； 2、参与产品需求评审、方案设计与功能迭代，完成软硬件联动、数据采集、模型部署、结果上报全链路设计与开发； 3、基于微服务架构搭建数据链路，使用 Flink、TSDB、Kafka、Redis、MySQL 完成边缘数据流转、时序数据存储、消息队列异步通信与数据统计分析； 4、跟进硬件+AI 前沿技术方向，针对项目重难点问题开展技术攻坚，优化边缘端推理性能、时延、资源占用，保障实测项目稳定运行； 5、基于云边一体的计算架构完成CV视觉检测、目标分割追踪、Re-ID、姿态动作识别等计算机视觉算法工程化封装、模型轻量化与部署。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业，1-3年工程+算法融合开发经验； 2、熟练使用至少一门后端开发语言（Python或Go），熟练使用 Python 用于算法调试、脚本开发与模型验证； 3、具备计算机视觉落地能力，熟悉YOLO检测、图像分割、目标追踪、Re-ID、人体姿态/动作意图识别相关算法原理与工程落地； 4、熟悉Redis、Kafka、MySQL、Flink、TSDB 等中间件与大数据组件，熟悉多线程并发编程； 5、了解 LLM 大模型基础应用，掌握提示词工程、上下文管理、Agent 任务编排思路，有大模型边缘端部署、智能体系统落地经验优先； 6、具备独立技术方案设计与难点攻坚能力，擅长算法推理链路工程化、模型轻量化优化，能适配边缘设备算力限制； 7、良好编码规范与文档习惯，沟通协作顺畅，可跟进业务需求持续迭代优化技术方案。
