我们支持抖音与外部生态团队，面向抖音、豆包及外部生态的汽车产品，运用 AI 与自动化技术提升测试开发和质量保障能力，让用户体验更可靠、交易更顺畅、商家经营更稳定。

1、负责新车、二手车交易及汽车服务场景的质量保障，深入理解用户、商家与运营流程，识别商品与车源、咨询、线索、交易履约及成交回传等关键链路的风险，制定测试策略并推动问题闭环； 2、建设跨端、接口与端到端自动化测试能力，完善测试数据、环境与持续集成机制，覆盖多端兼容、跨系统依赖及异常流程，提升迭代效率与回归质量； 3、将 AI 工具用于需求分析、测试用例设计、自动化脚本开发、测试数据构造、缺陷分析与回归测试，结合业务风险验证用例覆盖与测试结果，提升问题发现效率和质量保障深度； 4、保障交易链路与数据质量，重点验证状态流转、接口幂等、数据一致性及成交回传准确性；结合性能测试、线上监控与故障复盘，推动关键问题的发现、定位与预防； 5、协同产品、研发、算法、运营及抖音、生服等团队，推动需求评审、研发自测、联调验收与发布验证，探索 AI 辅助测试和质量分析，沉淀可复用的质量工具与流程。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，对于抖音、字节生服、电商体系熟悉加分； 2、具备扎实的软件测试基础，熟悉测试设计、缺陷分析和质量风险识别，能够结合业务特点制定测试方案，并独立推动复杂问题定位与解决； 3、熟悉 TypeScript/JavaScript、Golang、Python 等至少一种语言，具备自动化测试或测试工具开发能力，熟悉接口测试、端到端测试及持续集成相关实践； 4、理解 Web、小程序等多端产品及服务端系统的基本原理，能够使用数据库、日志、监控等手段排查问题；有交易系统、商家平台、跨端兼容、性能或稳定性保障经验者优先； 5、对 AI 辅助测试与工程提效有持续兴趣，能够组织需求、代码与日志等上下文，使用 AI 辅助测试设计、脚本开发或问题定位，并独立判断覆盖是否充分、结论是否可靠；有 AI 测试工具或质量工作流实践者优先； 6、具备业务理解力、数据分析意识与良好的沟通协作能力，能够从用户体验和业务影响判断问题优先级，在多团队、多依赖环境下推动质量改进。
