1、负责懂车帝商业化 AI 产品体系的顶层设计与技术路线规划，主导大模型、AI Agent、AIGC 等前沿 AI 能力在广告营销场景的深度落地，对 AI 驱动的商业化增长负责； 2、深入研究大模型技术演进与应用边界，结合汽车内容与广告业务场景，定义 AI 产品战略与核心能力矩阵，推动从技术原型到规模化商业产品的完整闭环，建立 AI 产品效果评估体系，持续优化模型应用效果与用户体验； 3、协同算法、工程团队攻克 AI 产品落地中的关键技术问题，推动模型能力、产品体验与商业价值的协同提升，建设行业领先的 AI 商业化产品能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先，3年以上 AI 产品经验，深耕大模型 / 生成式AI领域，有从 0 到 1 的 AI 产品规模化落地经验； 2、对大模型技术原理、能力边界、架构等有深度理解，能牵引算法团队高效迭代，主导过复杂 AI 系统的产品设计； 3、具备优秀的技术洞察力和商业判断力，能准确判断 AI 技术趋势与业务场景的结合点，有 AI 产品商业化或广告营销领域经验者优先。
