1、负责「AI 小懂」主框产品的规划与设计，包括产品框架、信息架构、核心交互及整体用户体验； 2、设计和持续优化 AI 小懂的关键产品机制； 3、深入理解用户在懂车、选车、买车、用车等场景中的真实需求，挖掘适合通过 AI 解决的高价值问题； 4、结合大模型的能力特点，探索 AI Native 的产品形态，推动产品从“提供信息”向“理解需求、辅助决策和完成任务”演进； 5、通过用户研究、行为数据和产品实验，持续优化激活率、任务完成率、用户满意度、留存及复访等核心指标； 6、持续关注国内外 AI Bot、智能助手和 Agent 产品的发展，分析行业趋势并推动创新方案快速验证。

1、具备较强的用户洞察、产品设计和逻辑分析能力，能够将复杂问题转化为清晰、可落地的产品方案； 2、具备 AI Native 产品经验，符合以下一项或多项： a.负责或深度参与过 AI Bot、智能助手、Copilot、Agent 等产品； b.具备 AI Native 创业经历，参与过产品从 0 到 1 的探索、验证和迭代； c.负责过大模型应用、对话式产品、智能搜索或多模态产品； d.对 Prompt、RAG、Agent、工具调用、模型评测等有实际应用经验。 3、对 AI 产品交互有深入思考，能够理解大模型与传统产品在交互方式、产品逻辑和体验设计上的差异； 4、具备良好的框架思维，能够系统设计复杂产品的信息架构、用户路径和交互机制； 5、对用户体验细节敏感，能够有效设计 AI 产品的引导、反馈、纠错和信任机制； 6、具备较强的数据分析、实验设计和结果导向意识，能够通过数据与用户反馈推动产品迭代； 7、具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够与算法、研发及设计团队高效协作并推动产品落地； 8、对 AI 和汽车行业保持好奇，愿意持续学习并主动探索不确定问题。
