1、对 AI 产品和架构有深刻理解，了解 AI 技术在内容领域的应用，并有 AI 产品或相关项目的运营经验； 2、数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析能力，能够从数据中提取有价值的信息，制定数据驱动的运营决策； 3、有汽车行业或汽车内容平台工作经历者优先，熟悉汽车行业知识、车型信息、汽车文化等； 4、优秀的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队协调资源，推动项目顺利进行，具备创新思维与快速学习能力，适应 AI 行业的快速发展变化。
