1、负责推动经销商/门店开户、数据接入、场景配置（销售线索、售后服务、活动咨询等），实现快速上线与激活； 2、负责对接主机厂品牌/IT/运营，获取车型、政策、话术标准与接口权限，保障经销商端一致性与可扩展性； 3、负责机器人配置和优化，梳理业务意图、知识库、常见问答、业务流程触发；监控命中率、自动解答率、人工转人工率，持续调优； 4、负责经销商培训 和使用提升，输出培训包、使用手册、运营日常检查表，提升门店活跃和服务质量； 5、负责数据运营复盘，搭建运营看板（开通数、活跃门店、对话量、解决率、线索转化）；分析日志与缺口，推动产品迭代与标杆复制。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上ToB运营 / 经销商运营 / 客户成功 / 产品运营 / 数据运营经验； 2、有复杂B端项目推进经验，能同时协调客户总部与下游门店/渠道执行； 3、数据分析能力扎实，能用指标驱动问题定位与优化； 4、沟通强、抗压强，执行力和结构化能力好。
