我们支持抖音与外部生态团队，将懂车帝的汽车专业能力带到抖音、豆包及外部生态，连接内容、用户与商家，打造从看车、选车到咨询、交易的优质产品体验。

1、围绕新车、二手车交易及汽车内容生态，参与产品方案与技术架构设计，推进从需求分析、研发上线到效果复盘的完整闭环，通过技术改善用户体验、商家经营效率与交易转化； 2、负责用户侧与商家侧产品的全栈/跨端研发，建设商品与车源展示、商家经营、咨询承接、线索流转及成交回传等能力，与抖音、生服等团队共建多端一致、流畅易用的汽车交易服务； 3、将 AI 工具融入需求理解、方案设计、编码、测试、代码审查与问题排查等研发环节，构建高效的人机协同工作流，在保障工程质量的前提下提升交付效率，拓展全栈与跨端研发能力； 4、保障关键链路的性能、稳定性与可扩展性，完善监控、埋点与实验能力，结合用户反馈和业务数据识别问题，持续迭代产品与系统； 5、与产品、设计、算法、运营及业务团队紧密协作，主动理解用户与商家的真实需求，推动跨团队依赖落地，沉淀可复用的业务组件、服务接口和工程实践。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，对于抖音、字节生服、电商体系熟悉加分； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础与工程能力，熟悉 TypeScript/JavaScript、Golang 等至少一种语言，在前端、服务端或跨端方向有扎实实践，能够独立完成模块设计、开发与问题排查； 3、熟悉 React、Node.js、Golang 等相关技术栈，具备前后端协同及接口设计能力；有全栈开发，或 Lynx、小程序、React Native 等跨端项目经验者优先； 4、具备产品思维和业务理解力，愿意深入用户、商家与运营现场，能将业务问题转化为技术方案，并结合数据与反馈验证效果；有交易、商家经营、内容平台或汽车业务经验者优先； 5、对 AI 辅助研发有持续兴趣和实践意愿，能够清晰描述问题、组织业务与代码上下文，使用 AI 完成编码、测试或排障，并独立审查和验证产出；有 AI 编程工具、自动化研发工作流或团队提效实践者优先； 6、具备良好的工程质量意识、沟通协作能力与主动性，能够在多团队协作中推动问题闭环；有高并发系统、性能优化、稳定性建设或复杂业务系统经验者优先。
