我们支持抖音与外部生态团队，面向豆包汽车、抖音搜索小花、全域 AI DCC 等场景，建设汽车领域 Agent 应用与服务能力，将懂车帝的车型、车源与交易服务连接到用户需求，提升看车、选车、咨询与交易体验。

1、负责汽车领域 Agent 应用的技术方案设计与研发落地，围绕智能导购、搜索问答、购车咨询及 AI 网销等场景，贯通用户意图、汽车供给与业务服务，推进从需求分析、上线验证到效果迭代的完整闭环； 2、建设用户意图识别与拆解、任务规划、能力路由和多轮会话管理能力，结合用户上下文、车型偏好与购车阶段，将模糊诉求转化为可执行任务，提升需求澄清、任务完成与个性化服务效果； 3、面向车型、车源、价格优惠、询价试驾等汽车业务能力，封装和输出可复用的 MCP 服务与工具，完善接口定义、参数约束、结构化结果、权限校验与异常处理，支撑不同入口和 Agent 稳定调用； 4、负责 Skills 的设计、开发与持续优化，结合业务知识、Prompt、工具调用和任务流程完善场景能力，基于真实会话与 Badcase 优化触发、编排和执行效果，沉淀可复用的汽车领域 Skills； 5、与产品、算法、研发、运营及抖音、豆包、生服等团队协作，建设评测、调用链路观测与线上实验机制，持续优化汽车信息准确性、任务完成率、响应时延、稳定性与成本，通过数据和用户反馈验证业务效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，对于抖音、字节生服、电商体系熟悉加分； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础与软件工程能力，熟悉 TypeScript/JavaScript、Golang、Python 等至少一种语言，具备服务端开发、API 设计与系统集成经验，能够独立完成模块开发、联调及问题排查； 3、具备大模型应用或 Agent 开发实践，理解 Prompt 与上下文管理、工具调用、任务编排及多轮会话等关键机制，能够根据业务目标选择技术方案，并处理模型输出不确定性与执行异常； 4、理解 MCP 的工具接入方式及 Skills 的组织与调用机制，能够将业务接口封装为可调用能力，并设计参数校验、结果校验、状态管理和失败兜底；有 MCP 服务、Skills、多工具协同或复杂会话系统建设经验者优先； 5、具备产品思维、业务理解力与数据分析意识，能够将用户需求拆解为任务和交互流程，结合任务完成、有效咨询与线索转化等指标持续迭代；有汽车导购、搜索、客服、销售或交易服务经验，以及 IM 卡片/小程序交互开发经验者优先； 6、具备工程质量意识、快速学习能力与跨团队协作能力，重视评测、可观测性及线上问题闭环，善于使用 AI 工具辅助研发并验证产出；有 Agent 评测、性能与成本优化、复杂系统稳定性建设经验者优先。
