1、本科及以上学历，3年以上B端产品工作经验，有AI产品或汽车行业相关经验者优先； 2、熟悉销售流程及客户管理体系，同时具备AI和数据驱动相关产品的设计能力，有大模型落地经验者优先； 3、具有良好的需求洞察、业务分析和沟通协调能力，能够深入理解销售团队痛点并独立完成产品设计，沉淀可复用的方法论； 4、对AI充满热情，愿意积极探索技术与业务的结合，具有较强的责任心和执行力，能够承受一定强度的工作压力。
