1、负责二手车交易智能体相关的AI能力设计，通过AI大模型研究不同环节的智能体应用，包括但不限于定价agent、获客agent、销售agent； 2、结合实际业务场景和技术现状，提供产品解决方案，并跨团队协调推动项目快速落地，对实际业务提升效果负责； 3、建立AI产品效果评估体系，通过用户调研、数据分析、AB实验持续优化； 4、跟踪AIGC、多模态交互等技术趋势，探索创新应用场景；

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上B端产品工作经验，有AI产品、汽车行业相关经验者优先； 2、熟悉AI和数据驱动相关产品和应用场景，了解模型效果基本的评估和调优方法，有大模型落地经验者优先； 3、具有良好的需求洞察、业务分析和沟通协调能力，能够独立完成产品设计并沉淀方法论； 4、对AI充满热情，愿意积极探索，具有较强的责任心和执行力，能够承受一定强度的工作压力；
