1. 深度理解公司AI产品能力和大模型逻辑，梳理产品核心功能、适配场景与用户痛点，输出标准化场景使用方案、落地流程，提升产品功能渗透率与用户使用深度 2. 建立AI产品运营核心指标体系，与业务团队深度协同，定期输出数据复盘报告，精准定位产品问题、用户痛点、运营短板，同步推动产品、研发优化体验，沉淀可复用的运营方法论与落地案例 3. 负责AI产品内容体系搭建，制作产品手册、宣传素材、实操攻略、PPT方案，将晦涩的AI技术能力转化为用户易懂、可落地的使用价值，降低用户认知与使用成本 4. 持续跟进AI行业趋势、同类产品动态、新技术玩法（AI Agent、智能自动化、知识库问答等），定期输出竞品运营策略、产品功能分析报告，为产品迭代、运营策略升级、新品规划提供决策支撑

1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景，3年以上运营经验，1年以上AI项目经验 2、熟悉LLM、NLP等能力的技术逻辑，有大模型落地经验，有垂类AI或内容平台AI落地经验，有AI客服、AI销售、AI外呼经验者优先 3、具备汽车行业背景
