岗位描述 我们正在探索以 AI-assisted development 方式快速搭建平台型交易产品。该岗位将以“一人工作室”的模式，负责从业务需求拆解、产品方案设计、AI Coding 驱动、原型开发、测试验收到上线迭代的完整闭环。 你将参与构建类似早期懂车帝形态的平台产品，围绕用户、内容/商品、车源/供给、线索、商家、交易转化、运营后台和数据看板等关键链路，快速搭建可验证、可迭代的产品系统。 我们寻找的不是传统产品经理，也不是单纯工程师，而是一位能够理解平台交易业务，并能借助 AI 工具亲自完成产品开发与交付的 Builder 型人才。

岗位职责 1. 负责平台型交易产品的 0-1 需求拆解、产品设计和 MVP 定义。 2. 使用 AI Coding / Agent Coding 工具完成原型、前后端开发、接口联调、测试和迭代。 3. 搭建用户端、商家端、运营后台、线索管理、交易/订单状态、数据看板等基础模块。 4. 根据业务反馈和数据表现快速优化产品路径和转化效率。 5. 对产品可用性、数据准确性、权限控制、异常处理和上线质量负责。

任职要求 1. 有平台型产品、交易产品、商家产品、线索产品、订单系统、撮合交易、汽车/电商/房产/本地生活/B2B 平台等相关经验。 2. 具备产品 0-1 拆解能力，能从模糊业务目标中定义 MVP 和核心用户路径。 3. 熟悉 AI Coding / Agent Coding 工具，有使用 AI 工具完成真实项目或 demo 的经验。 4. 具备一定全栈工程理解，了解前端、后端、数据库、接口、权限、部署和测试的基本逻辑。 5. 自驱力强，能在资源有限的情况下独立推进从需求到上线的交付闭环。 6. 高潜特质：具备极强的学习能力与思辨能力，思维活跃、聪明有亮点，不满足于 "螺丝钉" 式执行，能主动发现问题并推动解决。 7. 创业 / 创新经历：有创业经历或主导过从 0 到 1 的创新项目者优先；有在头部互联网公司从事 AI 创新相关工作经验者优先。 8. 学历与背景：学历背景优秀，或曾在知名产品团队任职，过往履历有清晰的成长轨迹与代表性产出。 加分项 1. 有汽车交易、二手车、车源、线索、经销商、报价/询价、商家后台相关经验。 2. 有独立开发、创业项目、内部工具、SaaS、数据看板、自动化工具或开源项目经验。 3. 熟悉 React / Next.js / Node.js / Python / SQL / Supabase / Firebase 等技术栈。 4. 有可演示作品、GitHub、线上产品或个人项目。 5. 具备强数据意识、交易风险意识和用户转化意识。
