1、负责iOS、Android、鸿蒙三端客户端核心业务开发、基础技术建设、性能优化与稳定性治理等工作，参与产品需求讨论、落地，技术选型，保障核心业务高质量快速迭代； 2、建设AI Native 工程化能力体系，探索 AI 在需求开发、质量保障等产研流程中的落地实践，探索并优化人机协作新范式，提升端到端需求交付效率； 3、评估、验证与提升 AI Coding 准确率，量化交付效率等核心指标，优化研发AI Coding 工作流，持续提升D2C、自迭代反馈、性能质量等AI Coding 效果，解决长任务Harness关键问题； 4、跟踪 AI 技术发展趋势，探索 AI 驱动的软件研发新范式，推动 AI 在研发提效、业务场景的落地实践，驱动产品创新。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上移动端开发经验，具备扎实的算法和工程能力、架构设计能力和技术问题解决能力； 2、深度使用 Trae、Claude Code、Codex 等 AI Coding 工具，对 AI Coding 具有系统性的理解，具有AI Native 工程化能力建设经验，掌握SDD编程、Harness工程等工程化技术； 3、具备优秀的问题定义、分析与抽象建模能力，能够将复杂问题拆解为清晰、可执行的技术方案和迭代路径，具备使用AI解决复杂问题的方法论； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力、产品意识、新技术敏锐度和快速自驱学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术栈并在业务场景、产研流程中落地落地。

加分项： 1、熟悉KMP、RN等跨平台技术，拥有iOS/Android/鸿蒙多端开发经验、全栈开发经验； 2、拥有Agent 系统设计与完整落地经验，熟悉LLM技术原理，掌握Agent Memory机制、规划执行、工具调用、RAG等核心技术，能够将大模型能力融入产品和研发流程，构建可评测、可迭代、可规模化的 AI 应用体系。
