1、负责 AIGC 创作工具的产品规划与落地，覆盖图文、短视频、音频等多模态创作场景，对创作者活跃、内容供给量、AI 使用渗透率等核心指标负责； 2、深入一线创作者场景，挖掘汽车内容生产中可被 AI 改造的关键环节，定义并交付下一代智能创作链路； 3、作为产品侧主 owner 与算法团队共建模型能力，输出模型调优、Rerank 策略、LoRA 微调等方向的需求文档与评估标准； 4、设计并维护平台级 Prompt 资产库与创作模板体系，沉淀可复用的提示词工程方法论； 5、搭建用户反馈数据回流机制，把用户的改写、采纳、收藏等行为转化为模型迭代的训练信号； 6、横向协同内容生态、审核、社区运营等团队，推动 AI 生成内容在平台侧的规模化生产与分发。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上产品经理工作经验； 2、具备大模型应用（LLM）、扩散模型（Diffusion）或多模态生成工具的实战经验，主导过 AI 产品从 0 到 1 或重要版本迭代； 3、对模型生成能力的上限有技术敏感度，能将复杂的参数逻辑转化为简单易用的创作流，了解主流开源模型与商业模型的能力边界； 4、精通提示词工程，有结构化 Prompt 设计与资产化的实战经验；理解模型训练与评估的基本原理，能与算法团队顺畅对齐技术需求； 5、具备数据驱动的产品思维，能从用户行为中识别模型迭代的杠杆点。 加分项 1、有汽车、内容社区、短视频平台相关产品经验； 2、有个人 AIGC 创作实践（独立作品、开源项目、技术博客等）； 3、熟悉 ComfyUI、Stable Diffusion、剪映类工具的底层逻辑。
