1、主导抖音电商汽车行业 AI 类视频内容制作，根据账号定位和产品核心特点编写脚本、生产视频，独立完成剪辑、全流程发布工作，对订单量与 GMV 核心业绩目标全权负责； 2、持续追踪行业热点和平台爆款内容逻辑，对已发布视频进行数据复盘与分析，基于数据结果持续优化脚本创作、内容方向及视频制作流程； 3、深耕 AIGC 技术应用研究，熟练运用多款主流 AI 模型并完成效果总结分析，持续提炼有效方法论，优化短视频制作全链路工作流，提效降本。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有 2 年及以上相关工作经验，有抖音平台短视频运营、AI 影像制作相关实操经验者优先； 2、具备成熟的策划编导思维，熟练运用剪映 / Final Cut/Pr/AE 等专业剪辑软件，可高效完成视频剪辑与成片输出； 3、能熟练运用 AI 生图、AI 视频生成软件，精通各类 AI 创作工具，清晰掌握各模型核心特点与适配场景，可精准输出适配的脚本内容与高质量 AI 提示词； 4、创意能力突出，乐于探索新鲜事物，对 AI 技术迭代敏感度高，具备极强的快速学习能力，能主动拥抱行业变化； 5、强结果导向与数据驱动思维，能对业绩目标全权负责；具备优秀的跨部门协同能力和创业心态，工作主动推进，可适应电商行业快节奏工作模式。
