AIGC内容质量总把控：负责AI生成的新车/二手车推荐文章、车型评测、购车指南等内容的终审与质检，确保事实准确、逻辑通顺、卖点清晰，杜绝参数错误、车况误判、虚假宣传等硬伤。 2. 推车理由体系搭建：建立标准化的"为什么推荐这台车"决策框架，从车况、性价比、用车场景、保值率、维保成本等多维度提炼核心卖点，让每篇推荐都有说服力、有记忆点，而非泛泛而谈。 3. 车辆介绍方法论沉淀：总结不同车型（代步车/家用SUV/商务车/性能车等）的最佳介绍结构与话术风格，输出可复用的内容模板，持续优化AIGC提示词与生成效果。 4. AI协同优化：与产品/算法团队配合，确定优质与劣质内容标准，反馈AIGC生成中的常见问题（幻觉、参数错误、卖点偏移），驱动模型迭代，提升AI内容的一次通过率。 5. 内容选题与策划：结合热点车型、用户搜索需求、门店库存结构，策划高转化的内容选题，平衡"流量吸引力"与"成交转化力"。 6. 合规与风险把控：确保所有内容符合广告法、平台规则，不出现夸大宣传、误导性表述，规避车况描述不实带来的客诉与法律风险。

任职要求 1. 3年以上汽车媒体/汽车编辑/汽车内容运营经验，熟悉二手车行业优先，汽车媒体平台从业者优先。 2. 懂车、会说车：对主流车型的参数、优缺点、市场行情有扎实认知，能快速判断一台车的核心卖点与潜在槽点，写出让用户信服的推荐理由。 3. 文字功底扎实：能写出简洁、有画面感、有说服力的汽车内容，拒绝空洞套话；能精准区分"水文"与"好内容"。 4. 有AIGC使用与质检经验：日常使用AI工具辅助内容生产，了解AI生成内容的常见问题（幻觉、参数错乱、逻辑断层），有优化提示词、训练AI写作风格的经验优先。 5. 数据敏感度：关注内容的点击率、完读率、线索转化率，能用数据判断内容好坏，持续迭代优化。 加分项 - 有二手车行业从业经历（车商、评估师、二手车销售背景），懂真实购车用户的决策心理； - 有短视频脚本、直播话术策划经验，能兼顾图文与视频内容； - 熟悉懂车帝/抖音汽车内容生态，了解平台流量规则与用户偏好；
