1. 3-5 年 AIGC 视频工具运营经验，剪映 / 可灵官方运营、汽车垂类 AI 内容运营优先； 2. 有搭建 Prompt 库、模板生态完整落地案例； 3. 精通文生视频、数字人等多模态 AI 工具，具备专业 Prompt 工程与短视频编导能力； 4. 熟悉抖音 / 小红书汽车流量逻辑，能拆解爆款、用数据驱动运营迭代； 5. 具备跨部门协同算法、产品优化 AI 模型的实操经验，懂创作者 / 客户生态运营。
