1、负责懂车帝商业产品运营工作，方向以AIGC创意产品为主； 2、为产品GTM及迭代负责：深入调研客户使用场景与痛点，精准提炼客户需求，输出优化产品需求并推动产品迭代；制定清晰的产品GTM策略，能协同各方达成GTM目标； 3、 熟悉市面上主流AIGC产品，并有实际应用的实践，实践内容包含但不限于：熟练的使用AIGC进行内容创作、AIGC产品运营及推广经验； 4、数据驱动运营优化：建立监控看板，重点跟踪商户使用行为数据，通过数据深度分析定位运营问题，迭代优化运营策略与产品功能配置； 5、运营体系标准化建设：沉淀客户运营方法论与SOP，包括产品使用指南、培训体系、问题解决方案、活动运营模板等，提升团队运营效率与可复制性； 6、跨部门协同与资源整合：联动销售、市场、产品、研发等跨部门团队，推进产品推广、营销活动、功能落地等项目顺利执行；整合平台内外部资源，策划并落地商户增长类活动，提升产品市场渗透率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上产品运营工作经验，有广告行业经验优先； 2、拥有较强的业务理解能力，能够站在客户视角想问题，善于倾听，善于平衡客户体验和运营需求； 3、有优秀的沟通能力，抗压能力，具有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力； 4、有优秀的逻辑能力和流程化思维，有较强的项目管理和数据分析能力。
